Service Definition: For the parcels which a) Delivery failed; b) Rejected by receiver; c) Return order confirmed by the seller.
Remark:
The return parcel delivered or not is subject to thefeedback from the warehouse.
For packages that have not been opened and have no visible damage, they will be returned to the racks for secondary sales.
For packages that have been opened, normally as opened and photographed (both internally and externally) for the seller to confirm whether the parcel can be resold.
